Lanre Amusat is the head of the technical department, and he holds a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurial and business management from the National Open University. He also obtained a diploma in business administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University (Nigeria).

He's an experienced risk management professional with 14 years of risk management experience in the insurance sector.

He has attended several trainings and conferences within Nigeria in underwriting, risk management, leadership, strategy, and technology. He is happily married with children.
